Vision
Sets the goal of establishing a world class library and to empowering academic community of University of Science & Technology Meghalaya and network institutions of ERD Foundation with specialized collections & information
Objectives
To provide 24X7 world class library & information services to the user.
To support university expansion, in terms of new programmers / research areas in a single umbrella of ERDF group of institutions.
To procure, organize and disseminate information in different format.
Manage and focus resources to deliver priorities and develop library staff within a culture of innovation and service improvement.
To support the educational and research programs of the university by providing physical and online access to information, consistent with the present and the anticipated educational and research functions of the university.
